Education gives wings to our imagination. It holds a passport to unexplored destinations. As such, it becomes our duty to import quality education. Being a pedagogical leader, I feel firmly that school should be a place where a child can grow physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually i.e. holistic development.

We at DAV Public School, Samastipur, Bihar, are trying to provide a congenial and conductive environment on the campus so that every child should find a space for her/himself. Within the four walls of our campus, there must be ample opportunities for every student to show case their talent. Through co-curricular activities we hone their talent. Learning by doing is our focus. Our students are doing well in scholastic as well as co-scholastic areas. Some of our students have won medals in games and sports at the national level.

Our prime focus is outcome based learning.  Under the aegis of DAV Centre of Academic Excellence, our teachers are given capacity building training to equip them with the latest approach in classroom teaching learning process. We have a very supportive infrastructure catering to the needs of our students and staff.

On our campus, we value our culture and tradition. Our morning assembly starts with chanting of Gayatri Mantras and vedic prayer. Hawans are performed on a regular basis. Due care is given to safety and security of the students. Regular parents-teacher meet is organized to have feedback from them.

We are shaping the future citizens and as such best possible efforts are taken to guide and shape them. Let us join together in shaping the future citizens.
